Last week, I intentionally stepped away from most of my administrative work and social posting. Not a vacation, just a moment to reset, refocus, and pour energy back into the things that matter most. Sometimes the best thing you can do is pause, regroup, and come back with a clear mind.

I’m less than 30 days away from turning 40 and heading to Hawaii, so it’s officially go time! Last week I only got one workout in without clients (and we’re not going to dwell on that 😂), but this week I’m locking back in. The goal is simple: move my body, stay consistent, and finish this chapter feeling strong, healthy, and confident.
