Good morning, ladies!
It’s Monday, June 15th, and we’re officially stepping into the second half of June. Summer officially begins this week, but here’s something most people don’t realize:
👉 Summer bodies aren’t made in the summer.👉 They’re revealed in the summer.
The habits you’re building right now, your workouts, your meal choices, your water intake, your consistency, are creating the version of you you’ll see in the mirror months from now.
The same way people say “summer bodies are made in the winter,” it’s also true that strong winter bodies are built in the summer. Every season is preparation for the next one.
This week, focus on the basics:
✅ Get your workouts done
✅ Hit your protein goal
✅ Drink your water
✅ Get your steps in
✅ Stop waiting for motivation and rely on discipline
Remember, perfection is not required. Consistency is.
