Did you know that Monday is the most important day to get your workout in?
How you start the week sets the tone for the next 6 days. I like to start this process of Sunday by doing the following:
-Scheduling my workouts in my calendar.
-Getting a general idea of what meals for the week will look like.
-Designating an active recovery day.
-Hitting my daily step count. Non-negotiable. Even if I have to walk around my house to get it done.
Keep things simple. We often get bogged down in intricate, complicated processes.

Hydration
Fuel
Recovery
