Die Antwoord is not everyone's cup of tea. But if you want to understand modern sound and music you might want to take note. This stuff is 13 years old and they imo are better than most modern music of their genre. I mean this was the heyday of FatBoy Slim and Everlast.

I just picked a random segment. Notice how nothing hurts your ears. Things sound high, low, dull, sharp. Nothing really kills your ears. Two sides to album and many different sounds within basically two themes.
My point being. Even if you don't like it, it still is something you can examine. If you like something and it is shrill or muddy you will by nature turn it off. You will not want to examine it.
You DO want people to examine your music. Regardless if they like it or not. If you are lucky they will grow to like it.
