Client Support Workflow

I have a client with employees. The employees tend to ask a lot of questions about their payroll. The CEO is tired of taking the questions and needs help. I want to build a workflow with an AI agent that will field those questions but only to sort and list them for me for now. I am still trying to plan it out and havent built anything yet. I just wanted to get your opinion on the matter to see what you think. Is there a workflow in the community that would be perfect for this or at least get me started?
