Goals in 2026
As 2025 rolls to an end, it is time for reflection and evaluation of our accomplishments. It is also the best time to set new goals for the upcoming year. Start the new year making deliberate decisions to improve yourself and the life you're providing for your family. Set 2 short term goals and 2 long term goals using the S.M.A.R.T. method. S. SPECIFIC M. MEASURABLE A. ATTAINABLE / ACTION STEPS R. RELEVANT T. TIME-BOUND Many times goals are discarded because they are too vague. The more specific your intent, the more committed you are to the task at hand. Example A. Goal - I want to lose weight. S. I'm going to lose 20lbs. M. I will weigh myself every morning until my goal is met A. 20lbs is a reasonable goal that can be achieved in a relatively short time frame. R. This goal is relative to my longer term goals of being healthier and improving my quality of life. T. Im going to set a deadline of 3 months to achieve this goal and log weekly and monthly updates. You get the idea. Just saying I want to lose weight is vague and demands no accountability. Be deliberate. Full breaks downs will available in the courses soon. Post your goals or habits you're changing in the comments or DM me. Accountability is a powerful tool to stay on track.
Hard season of patience
My prayer request right now is strength and patience. Sometimes it's exhausting maintaining the level of faith and trust the Lord is demanding in your life. I try to be very deliberate to respond instead of react, but sometimes that doesnt happen.

Get it out, write it down
A thought, a dream, a goal that stays in your head is powerless. But write it down, it becomes a plan. Men who succeed don’t just think—they plan, map, document. They get it on paper to start the process of accomplishment. Write your goals. Write your daily habits Ink is the first act of creation. What you write today becomes what you build tomorrow. If it matters, put it on paper. Clarity creates momentum. Momentum creates results. Write. Execute. Evaluate
