My apologies.
Well Gents I do apologize. I droppedthe ball for a while on this group. But here we are. If any of you need prayers, a vent session, encouragement..... please reach out.

@Andrew Altamirano that's awesome. Our youngest has a little "scootie" bike with no pedals. She's insistent that mommy and daddy get bikes so everyone can ride together. So we are also bike shopping. Remember, be child-like, not childish
Hard season of patience
My prayer request right now is strength and patience. Sometimes it's exhausting maintaining the level of faith and trust the Lord is demanding in your life. I try to be very deliberate to respond instead of react, but sometimes that doesnt happen.

Do the work.
Pray without ceasing but it's not God's responsibility to do for us

Get it out, write it down
A thought, a dream, a goal that stays in your head is powerless. But write it down, it becomes a plan. Men who succeed don’t just think—they plan, map, document. They get it on paper to start the process of accomplishment. Write your goals. Write your daily habits Ink is the first act of creation. What you write today becomes what you build tomorrow. If it matters, put it on paper. Clarity creates momentum. Momentum creates results. Write. Execute. Evaluate
Nay Sayers
Y'all are going to see this again on my other socials but im putting it here in a different tone. This is more of a vent. Our numbers aren't big yet so most of you know I launched a 90 day nutrition challenge. I've been training people in fitness and nutrition for over 20 years now. Contrary to my current walking weight, I actually know exactly what I'm talking about. Don't believe me? Ask the half dozen or so people I've helped lose 100+lbs. I digress. Anyway, usually every few years or so, when I get too heavy, or the mood strikes. I'll lock in and cut to abs just to remind myself I can do it. I know how and can still make myself do that hard thing. And it IS hard. And it keeps getting harder the older I get. Boohoo. So i'm back on it. I've opened the challenge up publicly on Facebook. Right out of the gate some ass clowns come out swinging some negativity. "Whats the point" "You don't need abs" "I ain't doing that. Thats stupid" I can't stand that, especially from grown men. Here's what it is fellas! No! You don't "need" abs, but you really need to be a man that can get them! You don't NEED a lot of things..... You don't need a black belt in BJJ You don't need to squat 2x your body weight You don't need 20 pull-ups We should be strong enough men in our discipline and integrity to achieve whatever hard goal we assume. We should be consumed enough with positive growth and healthy longevity that we gladly do hard things to make ourselves the strongest and best version of who we are. Do it for your wife and kids or even just for you. So yea. Rant over. I dont need abs, but i'm damn sure going to be the guy that can get them if I want.
