What are some good sports to play for fun in the offseason?
I hear a lot about how playing different sports than your main one in the offseason making you a better overall athlete therefore benefitting you in your sport. Also super important for kids as they develop at younger ages too. Recently picked up playing soccer more, pretty fun so far. Let me know what you guys think!

What do you do when no one else is watching?
Those times when you ask yourself, Why am I even doing this? Or you tell yourself, I can just quit and nobody would know. This is when your greater why/purpose comes into play. Because when you're suffering and going through any physical or mental discomfort, you need a purpose to fall back on. And if you want to achieve long-term results, it should be something more than external validation. Whatever it may be, find your why.

What do you do when no one else is watching?
75 hard - Day 58
58 days into 75 hard and nearing the end. The power of consistency is real guys. I have never felt stronger mentally than I do at this point and we're still going and learning along the way. My day today: - 8 mile run - Lower body strength and plyo workout - 9 holes of golf - mobility session with hand eye work Have you ever attempted/completed 75 hard?
