Live a lifestyle that works for you
I would definitely say I'm a morning person as I'm more productive in the morning when my mind is fresh rather than at night. There's also not many things better than the peace and quiet you can experience outdoors early in the morning depending on where you live. I guess the same can be said about late nights, but I'm more productive in the morning due to the structure of my schedule. Most importantly, do what works for you, live your own life because there's no need to copy anyone else. Do what helps you move forward and achieve YOUR goals, you don't need the approval of anyone else because at the end of the day people are naturally selfish and don't care as much as you think. Which one are you?

Mindset Shift
The reason you're feeling anxious may not be the reason you think... Society wants to tell us that being anxious is always bad. Don't get me wrong, unnecessary anxiety is for sure, but sometimes it can be a good thing. What is that anxiety telling you? Are you stressed about something? Do you feel behind? These aren't always bad things. Most people never look inward and take a deep look into themselves to see what these emotions are telling them. You may feel anxious because: - you're not doing what you said you would - you're not putting in the work You may feel behind, but everyone does. Everyone is behind in some sense; even the best people in the world do. Some of the most successful people I know only look for what they can improve. Be proud of what you've accomplished and the work that it's taken to get there. If you feel anxious, see if that emotion is trying to tell you something; sometimes that stressor is necessary, and you will be much happier if you act on what it's telling you. Happy, never satisfied. Have a great weekend everyone!

Happy Sunday
What are our goals for this week? What are we working towards? Forward thinking and then backwards planning for the week ahead has made me feel on top of my stuff and able to be more productive without stressing about whether or not I've done enough because I go in knowing exactly what I need to do. Simplify your goals this week. Set your tasks for the day that will move you forward in your sport, academics/professionally and in your relationships. Don't feel bad for working on yourself, it's the least selfish thing you can do. side note: in season training program is well underway Have a great week everyone!
