Weekly/Monthly Writing Goals?

What are everyone's writing goals for this week? This month?

One of my writing goals is to submit at least one poem or short story a month for publication. I'm also working on a first draft of an adult gothic novel. I don't like to put added pressure on myself by making word-count goals for every writing session, but I can (typically) control how much time I put in. So, my goal for this week is to write for at least an hour every morning (before the rest of the household wakes up and the usual but wonderful rush-to-school chaos ensues).
