I was out running my regular subscription route this morning and picked up 3 new sales I wasn't even looking for: - 2 people driving by stopped to ask about the service → both signed up quarterly - 1 neighbor next door to a regular came out and asked if I could clean hers too → one-time sale Here's the part most new guys get wrong: I didn't hand a single business card to any of them. If someone's standing in front of you interested, that's the highest-intent moment you'll ever get with them. The second you say "here's my card, call me whenever" — you've told their brain it's optional and it's later. Later means never. People don't call back. Instead I closed all 3 on the spot and cleaned their bins same day, right then, while the interest was hot. Rule for the road: if they came to you, that interest has a shelf life of about 5 minutes. Use it or lose it. Anyone else had a walk-up/drive-by sale this week? Drop it below 👇
