Black with Pearl

So, my big project is to repaint my '64 Ford Ranchero. Currently, it's silver, with a lighter silver for accents. I've decided to repaint it silver, but with black pearl accents instead. The accents will be the hood and side double-dips.

My question is on the black pearl. Do I buy pre-pearled black, do I mix in pearl into the black on my own, or do I spray the black, and mix the pearl into the clear? If the last, do I clear over the "pearlized clear?"

For anyone asking, yes, I do have to repaint. The clear is destroyed. No, I know, I can't just re-clear.
