The 5% That Changes Everything
We spend a lot of time learning time management. But we spend very little time learning the principles that shape our lives. What if 5% of your time spent in service created the other 95% of your success? What if 5% spent learning to work with flow transformed the other 95%? What if 5% spent practicing the A.L.I.C.E. Method changed the way you communicate, lead, and connect? The A.L.I.C.E. Method has five principles. That's just 1% for each. And if I had to choose one that creates the greatest return, it would be Active Listening. Sometimes the smallest shift creates the biggest transformation.
The Different Forms of Showing Up 😊
Some days in the community I don't have a particular Win, Miracle, or question to ask <3 That's because there's a rhythm - the creative pendulum swings back and forth. The tides of learning flow in and out. Some days (today), I watch a part of the Week 2 video in the 30-Day Reset, take notes, and just enjoy being here in this fun space that Alice is channeling. I read Alice's new posts and return to ones I couldn't engage with thoroughly before, hoping to see a post or comment from the fellow community members as well. Then, on another day, I will make a post about a Win or a Miracle, a Question or otherwise :) And that's the beauty and the rhythm of learning 🩵✨

🎯 Active Listening LIVE Demo: Improve Your Interviews, Sales Calls, & Relationships
Most people think they need better answers. They don't. They need better questions. And they need to learn how to listen. I recently recorded a live Active Listening Role Play with our brave community member, @Jennifer Carroll Bulgin What surprised me wasn't the technique. It was how quickly assumptions disappeared when we slowed down and listened. In interviews, sales calls, presentations, and relationships, people often stop listening and start reacting. That's when misunderstandings happen. That's when opportunities are missed. That's when trust breaks down. Watch the recording and ask yourself: What conversation in your life would improve if you listened 20% better? If you'd like personalized feedback on your communication style, I'm opening a few spots for 1:1 Communication Performance Audits. For the next 3 days only, community members can book a private coaching session for 30% off. 💰 Regular Price: $97/hour 💰 Community Price: $67/hour Book here: https://www.skool.com/make-it-with-alice-7766/plans or DM Together, we'll review: ✅ Interviews ✅ Sales calls ✅ Presentations ✅ Difficult conversations ✅ Active listening skills We'll also do live role plays to uncover communication blind spots and help position you for greater success. Sometimes one conversation can change a relationship, close a deal, land a job, or open a door you didn't know existed. If you're ready to improve the way you communicate, send me a DM with the word AUDIT. ⏳ Discount expires in 3 days.
Why I hate voice notes (and maybe you should too) 😅
Not because they're bad. Because they're often inefficient. A 3-minute voice note can usually be a 2-sentence text. A 10-minute voice note can become a 30-minute obligation. And the biggest issue? The sender transfers the burden of organization to the listener. If it's important enough to communicate, it's important enough to structure. Now, there are exceptions: ✅ Emotional conversations ✅ Nuance and tone ✅ Complex discussions But for scheduling, updates, requests, and decisions? Give me bullet points. Clear communication is a form of respect. What's your take? 🎙️ Voice notes or text messages?
