Why I hate voice notes (and maybe you should too) 😅
Not because they're bad.
Because they're often inefficient.
A 3-minute voice note can usually be a 2-sentence text.
A 10-minute voice note can become a 30-minute obligation.
And the biggest issue?
The sender transfers the burden of organization to the listener.
If it's important enough to communicate, it's important enough to structure.
Now, there are exceptions:
✅ Emotional conversations
✅ Nuance and tone
✅ Complex discussions
But for scheduling, updates, requests, and decisions?
Give me bullet points.
Clear communication is a form of respect.
