🔹 30-Day Execution Challenge – Commitment ➡️ Day 2/30: Becoming an Action Oriented Person. ➡️ DAILY REMINDERS ➡️ Every second wasted pushes me further from my goals and dreams — even one second matters. ➡️ Allah is with me; no matter how difficult things get, every problem will be solved. ➡️ Anything I can clearly imagine, I have the ability to achieve. ➡️ Sleep Log: ➡️ Slept at: 4:30 am➡️ Wakeup at: 12:30 pm ➡️ Total sleep: 8 hrs ➡️ Time Logs: ➡️ 12:30 – 2:20 → Nihar muh drink water, make bed, make b.f, eat b.f (mean breakfast ) , got fresh, do wazu, pray zuhar, bazaar app se grocery agae then check kia, 500 discount mila 😁 ➡️ 2:20 – 5:30 → Time wasted because of cheap dopamine, shitty pleasure ➡️ 5:30 – 8:30 → Prayed Asar, deep cleaning to my home, prayed Maghrib, recite Surah Waqia, dinner, ami se baatein ➡️ 8:30 – 10:30 → Feel mix feel, feel good, feel down, listen music, then there are lot of thoughts sounds in my mind ➡️ 10:30 – 2:13 → Work, realized I gone in wrong direction, in fact I feel irritated just k sab se door jana hy, until my all problems solved life me kuch timeselfish hona bhi zruri hy ho & always do azkaar like Astagfaar to protect all bad things, beech me talking friend ➡️ Wins: ➡️ Realised how my goals, my life, my problem is too important than anything else ➡️ Realised the feel of Astagfaar ➡️ I given less but consistent ➡️ Time Leaks / Mistakes: ➡️ 3 hr wasted cuz of pleasure, my mind controls me, feel so low ➡️ Again 1–2 hr wasted cuz of drama ➡️ Skip visualization ➡️ Total Work Hour: ➡️ 3–4 hr but not actionable step, I mean jo bhi main imp hy ➡️ Reflection of the Day (Roman Urdu – Added): ➡️ Aaj ka din emotionally heavy tha lekin awareness ka din bhi tha. ➡️ Mujhe clear samajh aya ke sabse bara struggle mera bahar nahi, mera mind hai. ➡️ Cheap dopamine ne time le liya, lekin realization ne direction wapas de di. ➡️ Main samajh rahi hoon ke long term pleasure choose karna hi asli discipline hai. ➡️ Aaj ka din perfect nahi tha, lekin self-awareness strong hui — aur ye growth ka sign hai.
