Nafs-e-Ammarah - jo burai pe uksaata hai. □2. Nafs-e-Lawwama- jo ghalti pe malamat karta hai, yani zameer. □3. Nafs-e-Mutmainna - jo Allah ke hukum aur raza mein sukoon paa jata hai. ■ 🌿 Nafs Kis Cheezon se Bana Hai? Nafs aur is mein 4 main elements hain: □ 1. Shahwat - jism ki khwahishaat (khana, sona, jinsi lazzat) □ 2. Ghazab - gussa aur takabbur □ 3. Hawa - mood, trend, aur duniya ki lambi lambi chahat □ 4. Waswasay - shaitan ke dalay huay khayalat jo nafs ko saath se haan mein haan milatay hain. ■ Insaan ke Actions mein Nafs Kahan Qaboo Paata Hai? □ 1. Jab banda ghussa mein ho. □ 2. Jab banda haram cheezon ki taraf khincha jaye (gane, haram nazar, haram maal) □ 3. Jab banda sochta hai "thori si gunah se Allah ko farq nahi paray ga" □ 4. Jab banda tang aa kar apna farz chhor de, neeche dikhaye. □ 5. Jab banda apni family aur ego ko sabr se baray kaam se rokay. ■ 🚫 Nafs ko Qaboo Karne ke Tariqay □ 1. Zikr & Qur'an tilawat - andar se noor barhta hai aur nafs ko daba deta hai. □ 2. Sabr aur Shukar - dono se nafs ki aag bujh jati hai. □ 3. Nafs ka muhasaba / self-checking - roz raat ko sochnay se pehle: "Aaj maine nafs ko kya kya kaam kya?" □ 4. Rozah rakhna - bhok aur pyas se nafs toot'ta hai. □ 5. Allah aur Nabi ﷺ ka apna role model banana - jab banda sochta hai main ye kaam karun to Allah ko jawab kya doonga. □ 6. Sohbat-e-Saliheen - naik logon ka sath baithnay se nafs ko burai kam hoti hai. ■ ⚠️ Aisi Situations Jahan Nafs Haavi Hota Hai □ Jab insaan akela ho aur us ke dil mein ghalat khayal aaye. □ Jab insaan thak jaaye aur us ko deen se door rehna asaan lagay. □ Jab insaan ghamand mein ho (log kya kahen ge ya main se behtar).
