Assalam-O-Alaikum!
Today, I watched the lecture on Routine (Time, Energy, Resources).
Superpowers and Energy:
For example, if you have a superpower, it means that when you enter a room, you bring positive energy with you.
If you are stressed or low on energy, you will spread low energy to others as well. Low energy drains you and the people around you.
So what is the solution?
When you wake up in the morning, your mind is in the Alpha State. In this Alpha state, whatever you think and whatever you say, your mind will make your brain work in that same way.
Because your brain is like machinery, and your mind is running it. And what runs your mind? Your thoughts or whatever you are speaking.
So when you are in the Alpha State of Mind, you should speak positive sentences to yourself .The things you want within yourself.
If every morning in the Alpha State of Mind you repeat those things, your mind will start working in that direction. It will make your brain and your body act according to what you are telling it.
From this moment onward, protect three important things:
Time
Energy
Resources
Time:
If you don’t value your time, you will waste it.
Wasting time leads to unfinished tasks and missed opportunities.
Respect your time and plan it wisely.
Energy:
If you waste your energy on useless things, you won’t have enough energy left for important tasks.
Your body’s strength, mental focus, and emotional stability are all part of your energy resources. Protect them.
Resources:
Your resources include:
Your body
Your knowledge
Your skills
Your tools
Your environment
If you waste your resources, you will need to spend extra time and effort to rebuild them.
Plan and Action:
If you want to achieve something new:
Make a clear plan.
Take action consistently.
Many people plan for years but never act.
Action is what brings results.
Your thoughts shape your reality.
If you keep thinking negatively, you will attract disappointment.
If you focus on achievements, you will create success.
Become a Higher Version of Yourself:
To become a better and higher version of yourself:
Decide what kind of person you want to be.
Focus on your goals.
Work on meaningful projects.
Use tools like planners or productivity apps if needed.
Level up your current version to your higher version through action.
Additional Points:
1: Create a daily routine that balances work, rest, and self-care.
2: Start your day with positive affirmations or gratitude.
3: Avoid people and activities that constantly drain your energy.
4: Take small but consistent steps daily instead of waiting for “perfect timing.”
Review your routine weekly and improve it.
