  • Do 90 minutes of focused work with no social media or notifications.
  • If a task can be done in 2 minutes, finish it immediately.
  • Use repetition to build strong habits.
  • Whatever you learn, apply it daily.
  • Follow good habits consistently.
  • Keep your environment clean, positive, and growth-oriented.
  • Treat your journal as your second brain. Write down everything you think throughout the day, so your mind can process thoughts clearly.
  • After writing, check whether your thoughts are going in a negative or positive direction. If they are negative, identify the reason and shift them to positive thinking.
Every night before sleeping, ask yourself:
