Reflection of the Day One thing I want to remember about today: I didn’t do much productive work today, but I relaxed and spent some time on studies, sports, and entertainment. Sleep & Wake-up Time: Slept at: 12:00 AM (after movie) Woke up at: 7:00 AM What data or progress will I review after 1 month / 1 year? Check how taking rest days affects my energy and focus for studies and work. 2. Daily Reminders I am responsible for how I spend my time. Win small moments: seconds → minutes → hours.
