Alhamdulillah, today felt balanced.
Waking up early after sleeping early felt like momentum shifting. That alone felt like a win. I followed my routine properly, invested in grooming, and showed discipline physically.
Work hours were only around two hours, and thatโ€™s something to improve. But I showed up โ€” and consistency matters more than intensity spikes.
The biggest highlight was the handstand push-ups. After practicing for so long, I finally transitioned from L-sit to handstand push-ups and did two reps. That felt powerful. Real progress. Earned, not imagined.
The day wasnโ€™t hyper-productive โ€” but it was stable, aligned, and intentional.

Progress is built in balanced days, not extreme days. Show up, improve slightly, repeat.
