🪞 Reflection
Alhamdulillah, today was genuinely a good day — not because everything went perfectly, but because I showed up.
The live pitching session triggered anxiety. I froze slightly and didn’t introduce myself well. That’s true, and I didn’t run from it. Instead of spiraling, I acknowledged the gap: I need to work on how I present myself clearly and confidently.
The uneasiness after the session was real, but I didn’t numb it — I walked, reflected, and journaled. Sleeping at 1:00 AM is a big improvement, and waking up early today feels like momentum returning.
This was a growth day, not a comfort day.
🌱 Lesson of the Day
Confidence is not built by avoiding exposure — it’s built by stepping in, reflecting, and improving.
