Ate 2 bananas and picked an orange, went to the roof for sunlight, played badminton ๐ธ with kids. Sat for 20 minutes of meditation, then read a book while making Gurr wali tea (sugar cut). Helped friend with journal and task setting.
Combined physical activity, mental focus, learning, and social help.

๐ช Reflection
Alhamdulillah, today went really, really well. I started the day late but immediately got a hold of it by doing 55 sit-ups, drinking water, and following my morning routine of sunlight, fruits, meditation, and reading. I maintained mental clarity, planned my tasks, and actively engaged in learning and helping others.
A highlight of today was rejoining the martial arts club โ something Iโve been thinking about for years. It felt amazing to reconnect with my passion, and Iโm excited to start training systematically again, working towards MMA/UFC goals.
Another achievement was posting my first Instagram Reel despite hesitation. Taking action over fear was empowering and reminded me that startingโeven minimallyโis the key to progress. I also completed my 10,000 steps goal, cooked and managed daily family responsibilities, and engaged in personal growth through journaling and reading.
Alhamdulillah, today reinforced that consistency, action, and focus build long-term growth. Iโm progressing physically, mentally, and creatively, and every small step adds up. I feel motivated to continue this path with discipline, courage, and gratitude.
