πͺ Reflection
Alhamdulillah, today was genuinely one of the most productive and refreshing days after many foggy and heavy days. I felt energy today β mental, physical, and emotional. For the past week, my productivity was low, my brain felt cloudy, and I couldnβt focus on anything properly. But today felt like a reset.
I stayed anchored to my routine β sunlight, meditation, grooming, prayer, clean eating, hydration β and it made a big difference. I took care of my body, avoided junk, drank more than 1.5L of water, and even returned to working out after many days. Because of shoulder and tricep pain, I avoided upper-body training and focused on lower-body, stretches, core, and shrugs. It felt great to move again. I love working out; itβs a big part of who I am.
I also worked on the assignment from Haroon Bhai, made notes, and stayed consistent with journaling again. Reading regularly has become a habit now, and Iβm hitting my 10 pages daily target. Iβm proud of that.
Today also brought clarity: I structured my fitness community idea and realised what I want it to look like. I even thought about joining karate again. I was great at it when I was younger, won tournaments, and it still feels close to my heart. MMA is something I want to explore too β maybe itβs time to stop thinking and start doing.
I also reflected on the past β the time wasted on wrong friends, drugs, distractions β but instead of regret, I feel peace. Those experiences taught me lessons, and Allah guided me out of that phase. Iβm grateful for that growth. Like Haroon Bhai said: βThe more people pull you back, the more the slingshot effect pushes you forward.β I feel that now. Iβm being pulled back so I can move forward even faster.
Iβm grateful for time with my family, especially my mother. Iβm balancing my life better β work, health, family, faith β instead of giving everything to the outside world.
Alhamdulillah for everything. Better days are coming. I can feel it.
π± Lesson of the Day
Progress returns the moment you anchor yourself to your routine. Even after slow days, one disciplined day can reset everything. Healing, consistency, and clarity come when you balance your health, work, and faith β and move with gratitude.
