Got up, performed dead hangs and stretching, made the bed, and wrote daily affirmations. Took a shower and brushed my teeth. Cut and ate fruits (1 peach + melon), took an Omega-3 capsule, and scrolled Instagram while eating. Spent 10 minutes on the roof for sunlight, walked while practising gratitude, and played with my little brother.
A balanced morning that combines physical activity, nutrition, and family time.
