Reflection
Today had a mix of productivity and social time. Even with the irregular sleep schedule due to visiting a friend, progress was still made in cybersecurity practice. Completing several TryHackMe rooms and solving CTF challenges helped strengthen practical skills.
The detox continues to reduce unnecessary distractions, allowing more focused learning. Maintaining consistency in small daily cybersecurity practice sessions is more important than trying to achieve perfect productivity every day.
