My Daily Journal
Day 30
30th April 2026
Sleep log: 1:00 am – 4:45 am
4:45 am – 6:00 am
Prayed Fajr and did azkar.
Read Surah Yaseen.
Watched Insta 😔.
6:00 am – 7:15 am
Worked on my SMM assignment, but still didn’t complete it . Actually, I hadn’t gotten enough sleep. (Learn from me how to do 30 minutes of work in 1 hour).
7:15 am – 8:15 am
Helped make breakfast, then had breakfast. (One disadvantage of waking up early is that you have to help with breakfast too).
8:15 am – 1:00 pm
I had to stitch my dress today with mama’s help, so that’s what I did. It’s a lot of hard work, bhai 😭😭.
Also made a LinkedIn post during this time.
And watched Insta on and off.
1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
Had lunch.
My neck was hurting, so I rested for some time.
Prayed Zuhar.
2:30 pm – 5:00 pm
Nap time.
5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Papa came home, so I met him. Again, I only woke up when papa arrived😋.
Prayed Asr and did azkar.
Did my daily Quran recitation.
Then spent some time with family.
7:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Prayed Maghrib, read Surah Waqia.
Had dinner, then chai, then ice cream.
Played 🏸.
Replied to comments in the community.
Checked my LinkedIn page. Now that I am focusing on LinkedIn, I’m ignoring Insta. I just can’t manage both.
Wrote my journal.
Now I’ll pray Isha.
Read tafseer, Surah Mulk, and Surah Muzammil.
And sleep, because tomorrow again I won’t sleep after Fajr. I’m making it a habit now to take a nap after Zuhar but stay awake after Fajr.

Post on Insta and LinkedIn.
Complete the SMM assignment and watch the next lecture.
And obviously, Friday rituals.
I haven’t been consuming any content from the community for the past few days. I need to continue it, especially the EQ lectures. InshaAllah.
