>Today was physically exhausting but mentally important.
From 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, I was continuously active β€” around 15–16 km of walking πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ, kitchen and household work, and no proper rest. I avoided wasting time on my phone πŸ“΅ and only took short breaks when my body genuinely needed recovery.
