Health Status: Unwell (Tabiyat thik nahi hai πŸ€’) Sleep: Around 2 AM πŸ•’ Timeline of the Day 09:30 AM β€” Wake up: Uthi toh sahi par tabiyat kharab thi. Stayed in bed and started doing my online work from there. πŸ›Œ 10:45 AM β€” Fresh up: Finally bed se uthi, freshened up, and handled some house chores. 🏠 University Update: Had to take a leave today because of wellness issues. University nahi ja saki. βŒπŸŽ“ 11:00 AM – 04:30 PM β€” Home Work: Continued working from home with breaks and stayed on call with siblings. πŸ“žπŸ‘―β€β™€οΈ 05:00 PM – 06:50 PM β€” Downtime: Thora relax kiya and scrolled through my phone. πŸ“± Evening β€” Dinner & Responsibility: Dinner kiya, served a little child, and then opened my laptop. πŸ²πŸ‘Ά Night β€” Learning Mode: Watched Freelancing videos. 4 videos complete ki aur sath sath notes bhi banati rahi. πŸ’»πŸ“ Current Status: Journal likh rahi hoon, iske baad ek episode dekhun gi and then sleep. 🎬😴 ✨ Reflection Despite being unwell, I’m glad I stayed productive and kept up with my freelancing notes. Progress is progress! πŸš€

Daily Journal | Discipline Over Mood πŸ’ͺ Sleep: 12:00 AM 😴 Wake Up: 9:40 AM ⏰ Journal Time: Night πŸ“ Woke up at 9:40 AM and used my mobile briefly. The morning felt slow, but I completed breakfast and moved into work. From late morning till 2:30 PM, I worked continuously with no proper rest. After work, I had lunch in sunlight β˜€οΈ, did some skincare, and put washed clothes out to dry. Later, I went to the bazaar and returned home around 7:30 PM. After coming back: Video call with sisters πŸ“ž Dinner and served mom 🍽️ Did scrolling on phone 🀳 a little bit. I am intending to watch and learn next. Not every day is productive β€” but showing up daily is non-negotiable. Discipline is built in ordinary days like this.

From 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, I was continuously active β€” around 15–16 km of walking πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ, kitchen and household work, and no proper rest. >Sleep log: Slept at :12pmπŸŒƒ Wake at :9amβ˜€οΈ What I need to remember today (not to waste Time on unnecessary things) >9:30 to 11:30 :tidy up room,made breakfast for family and eat with them, made tea for workers ,boiled milk and gather clothes for washing. >11:30 to 1:30: washed some dishes,cut some fruits,prepare some clothes to give tailor,oiled my hair ,sit for 15 mins in sun and prayed zuhr >2 to 4:30: Ata gounda , rotia bnai , km Mai zaida time LG rha bcz shi sy setting nhi hoi abhi ghr ki ,phir guest agy un KY sth time spend kia , >5 to 7:30: khana bnya , again some guest agy phir family sth dinner kia , after that eat some choclates >7:30 to onwards: laptop on kia school open kr KY notification dekhy or freelancing wli video dekh rhi , abhi Kuch time yai dekhu gi ,phir week tasks schedule kro gi ,then sleep. >Note of the day: Be grateful of what you have .Alhamdulilah ✨ And km my duran skol bhi open kr KY posta wagira dekhti rhi or video watch ki (Rewire your brain wli)

>Sleep log: Slept at 1am Wakeup at 9:30am >10 to 12am : Made tea, tiddy up my room and baqi ghr km kiye,clg KY liye kpry press kiye >12 to 1pm : get ready for clg ,and left for clg . >1pm to 4:20 : arrived at clg ,one dish party thi with class and 4:20 py ghr KY liye Nikli. >5 to 7pm: ghr aky 15 min rest ki then ghr py help ki ami KY sth km Mai, sisters KY sth call py bt ki . >7 to 8:30pm: Bhai KY sth bhr gi ice cream shop py ,ice cream khai . > Changed clothes, tidy up kitchen and ab inshallah video dekhny ka irada and will sleep around 11pm.

@Watiba Danish Well i am not learning any , i will start from tomorrow inshallah, (interested in copywryting and lead generations)actually i started to use skool 3 days ago and have a pretty busy routine especially these days because of renovation work going on at home but i am watching classroom videos , and i am really confused. Besides that am a resinartist so i do that work.
