>Today was physically exhausting but mentally important.
From 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, I was continuously active β around 15β16 km of walking πΆββοΈ, kitchen and household work, and no proper rest. I avoided wasting time on my phone π΅ and only took short breaks when my body genuinely needed recovery.
>From 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, I reset myself, had tea β, and wrote this journal to regain focus instead of overthinking.
Low energy, but discipline stays non-negotiable.
