Most of the day was productive and balanced between studying and family responsibilities. The only area that needs improvement is the evening, where I spent about 2 hours scrolling instead of using that time more intentionally.

Today wasn't a lazy dayโ€”I got a lot done. But I still allowed unnecessary scrolling to take over my evening. If I become more intentional with those last couple of hours, my days will feel even more satisfying.
