Today was one of my most study-focused days. I covered all my subjects and revised my notes. However, I still wasted some time on scrolling, especially in the evening. That time could have been used more intentionally.
๐ฃ Brutal Truth
Today proved that I can stay consistent with my studies when I follow a schedule. The only thing pulling me back is unnecessary scrolling. It doesn't help me rest...it only steals time.
๐ Lesson of the Day
Small, consistent study sessions across different subjects are far more effective than trying to study everything at once. If I stay disciplined and reduce my screen time, I'll make much faster progress. ๐ฑ
