Today was one of my most study-focused days. I covered all my subjects and revised my notes. However, I still wasted some time on scrolling, especially in the evening. That time could have been used more intentionally.

Today proved that I can stay consistent with my studies when I follow a schedule. The only thing pulling me back is unnecessary scrolling. It doesn't help me rest...it only steals time.
๐Ÿ“Œ Lesson of the Day
Small, consistent study sessions across different subjects are far more effective than trying to study everything at once. If I stay disciplined and reduce my screen time, I'll make much faster progress. ๐ŸŒฑ
