Assalam o Alaikum everyone!
I’m back with my daily journals after four days.
This week felt unusual.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, I was extremely sleepy and lazy the whole day. I couldn’t focus on anything kuch samajh nahi aa raha tha.
Then on Thursday and Friday, I was disturbed (for personal reasons). Something very strange happened to me for the first time:
I was sitting in class, trying to control my emotions because my mind was full of heavy thoughts. My friend said something to me I refused and when she repeated it, my sadness suddenly flipped into anger. For a moment, I couldn’t process anything.

But today, I wrote my TDL in the morning and genuinely felt the desire to return to the routine I enjoy.

Lunch + pluck around 15 guavas from the tree at my place

Go to the clinic with Khala + buy essentials from the bakery
3:00–3:30
Back home + tea time with family
4:01–4:41
Walk
5:02–5:12
Meditation
5:30
Dinner with family
6:00–8:30
Call from Khala + make notes of Linear Algebra (almost 1 hour) + scrolling + reading Mala (2nd time)
9:00–9:15
Journaling

Sleep time
