I missed Tajhajjud and offered Fajr at 10am.
What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up?
I slept at 3am and woke up at 10 am.
What data will I look up after a month or year?
- My financials
- 8 hours quality sleep
- How many hours/per day did i spend with my family.
Reminders:
- Limit social media/Netflix to 1 hour a day at max.
- Sit in sunlight for 30 minutes everyday.
- Manage your emotions instead of controlling it. When angry take out chatgpt and write down everything in chat.

What I don’t want to do today:
Not reel/YouTube for today.
Diet + Gym + Boxing:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs + Naan.
Lunch: I dont eat lunch usually.
Dinner: Fish
Gym: I am not doing any physical exercise atm.
Practice: I am currently exploring what to learn.
Speaking: I will try talking to the camera randomly.

Mistakes / Learnings:
No matter how tired /sleepy/down you feel, wake up for Tahajjud.
Prayer Times:
Fajr: 10am.
Zohar/Jumma: 2 pm.
Asr: 5pm.
Maghrib: 6:30pm with Surah Waqiyah.
Isha: 8pm with Surah Mulk.
Tahajjud: Missed unfortunaltey.
