I Have Finished Rewire your brain video from mental mastery module and heres the interesting part. I Have been doing what Haroon has taught in the video like journaling and thinking about consequences of not taking action etc but i also learned alot of new things too and here are the following
- Train your subconscious mind by replacing negative experiences and negative thoughts with positive ones which which subconsciously make you perform better able to progress further.
- Reflect on your thoughts: think about your subconscious thinking which is causing distraction and irrelevant to current situation
- Repeat positive thinks to your self which will automatically make you feel more confident and it will become reality
- Take responsibility of literally everything because your decision has led you to an outcome that which you are not satisfied with
- Divide a bigger problem into smaller ones and use 2 minute rule which will help with procastination
