Tell Me Your Greatest Regrets
What is your single greatest regret in life, and what lesson did it teach you that you hope others can avoid?

the dopamine trap we all fell for
Games and social media give us instant rewards for zero effort. seems harmless but it rewires your brain to reject anything that takes time and effort thats why 10 mins of studying drains you but 6 hours of gaming feels easy. its not laziness, its your dopamine receptors being hijacked the fix: dont quit. leverage it 1 hour of deep work = 15 mins of guilt free game time. stacks too. do 4 hours of work and you earn 1 hour of play. now the game is a reward not an escape work feels lighter because theres a payoff waiting. and when you play theres zero guilt worth trying if you feel stuck

The Gap Between Knowing and Doing is Bigger Than You Think
I used to think that learning something was enough. Watch the course, understand the concepts, done. But then i would finish a course and still feel stuck. Still not able to build anything real. Still not getting that job or internship. And thats when i realized something important. Knowing and doing are two completely different things. You can watch 100 hours of content but if you havent applied even 10% of it then you havent really learned it. The real learning happens when you sit down and struggle with the code, when you debug errors late at night, when you build something ugly that barely works. Thats where the growth is. So my advice to myself and to anyone reading this is simple. Stop consuming and start creating. Even if its small. Even if its broken. Just build something today. Because the person who built one ugly project knows more than the person who watched 10 courses and built nothing. I am trying to shift my mindset from being a learner to being a builder and i pray that Allah gives us all the strength to take action and stay consistent. Inshallah we will get there one step at a time.
