- 4:00 PM β 4:30 PM: Prepared for gym, changed clothes, drank juice.
- 4:30 PM β 4:45 PM: Walked to the gym.
- 4:45 PM β 6:45 PM: Gym Session (Day 16).
- 6:45 PM β 7:00 PM: Walked home from the gym.
- 7:00 PM β 7:30 PM: Barber visit (beard trim), gave 50 PKR tip.

- Completed a very challenging gym routine despite the fatigue.

- Nail Biting: Broke the NB streak; starting Day 1 again.
- Presence: I was only partially present during dinner and family conversations; listened to music (5 songs) which I want to improve.

- Zohar: Prayed at 12:00 PM.
- Asr: Prayed Qaza at 9:30 PM.
- Maghrib: Prayed at 8:00 PM (included Shukrana and Surah Waqiya).
