  • 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Breakfast prayed 4 Rakat Fard Zuhr.
  • 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Joined paid community of Media Valley, watched Agha Saad success story, posted journal.
  • 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Spent time in the community, watched videos.
  • 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Prepared for gym, changed clothes, drank juice.
  • 4:30 PM – 4:45 PM: Walked to the gym.
  • 4:45 PM – 6:45 PM: Gym Session (Day 16).
  • 6:45 PM – 7:00 PM: Walked home from the gym.
  • 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM: Barber visit (beard trim), gave 50 PKR tip.
  • 7:30 PM – 8:00 PM: Shower and hygiene routine.
  • 8:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Prayed Maghrib (3 Fard + 2 Sunnat + 2 Nafl Shukrana), recited Surah Waqiya and evening duas.
  • 8:30 PM – 9:00 PM: Dinner.
  • 9:00 PM – 9:30 PM: Helped family with chores.
  • 9:30 PM – 10:00 PM: Prayed Isha (Surah Mulk + Manzil) and Asr Qaza.
  • 10:00 PM: Slept.
  • 4:00 AM: Woke up (not fully asleep, restless).

  • Completed a very challenging gym routine despite the fatigue.

  • Nail Biting: Broke the NB streak; starting Day 1 again.
  • Presence: I was only partially present during dinner and family conversations; listened to music (5 songs) which I want to improve.
10- Prayer Times:
  • Fajr: prayed at 5am.
  • Zohar: Prayed at 12:00 PM.
  • Asr: Prayed Qaza at 9:30 PM.
  • Maghrib: Prayed at 8:00 PM (included Shukrana and Surah Waqiya).
  • Isha: Prayed at 9:30 PM (included Surah Mulk and Manzil).
