1- One thing I want to remember about today:
Despite starting the day in a challenging circumstances, I broke the cycle in the afternoon, went to the gym, and secured a 75% scholarship for Media Valley Skool.
2- What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up?
- Sleep: 11:00 PM (May 6)
- Initial Wake-up: 6:00 AM
- Second Sleep: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3- What data will I look up after a month or year?
- I will look back at my gym stats (77.4kg, specific lifting weights) and the date I officially received my scholarship and joined the Media Valley Skool paid community.

5- Most Important 1-3 Tasks:
- Complete Qaza prayers for missed Isha and Fajr.
- Handle the Internet bill and Easy Paisa transaction.
- Secure the Media Valley Skool scholarship and coordinate with the manager.
6- What I don’t want to do today:
Overeat junk food and bite my nails (Day 1 of NNB).

- Gym:
- Cycling: 5 mins fast

- Practice: Technical setup (Speech to Text model) and Media Valley Skool recorded session.

8- Wins of the Day:
- Received 75% scholarship for Media Valley Skool.
- Made it to the gym despite a very rough start to the day.
- Started "No Nail Biting" (NNB) streak
- Helped mother and engaged positively in the community.
9- Mistakes / Learnings:
- Mistake: Missed Isha and Fajr initially;
- Learning: I tend to sleep excessively when sad or overthinking; need to manage the "over-excitement" in business discussions to stay grounded.
10- Prayer Times:
- Fajr: 6:00 AM (Qaza) + Morning Azkar and Surah Yaseen.
- Zohar/Jumma: 3:15 PM.
- Asr: 5:15 PM.
- Maghrib: 7:15 PM (3 Rakats + Surah Yaseen, Manzil, Evening Azkar).
- Isha: 9:00 PM (9 Rakats + Surah Mulk).
- Tahajjud: prayed.
