Today was sick kind of day, I overdid some things on Sunday therefore too felt tired. Had lemongrass tea after so long and healing properties reduced sickness, without any medicine.
Offered all prayers. Recited Quran after a while. Overall focused prayers means, way better than it used to be. I recited 2 surahs in 17 mins, I hope to read translation as well tomorrow.
At my desk, I watched Some Videos of garyve etc and saved some on Ai editing which was a 2.5 hour course, I thought, essential to remain up to date.
Gratitude journal 20 min, is like start with smallest and everything, you can think of, and it was 3rd day of that and its effects are so calming and helps to become a kind of person who understands the value of everything.
