Reflection
Today was a profound reminder that the most challenging battles are often fought within the mind. The straightforward message I sent to a senior triggered disproportionately fearful thoughts, leading to genuine distress.
Consequently, I finished the busy workday with the office tasks complete, but more importantly, with my faith and focus restored.
