Daily Journal Day 9 | 15/12/2025

Day: Monday
One thing I want to remember about today:
Today was one of my best days overall. I stayed productive, completed learning goals, prayed in congregation, and shared value with the community.
Sleep Schedule:
I slept at 10:30 PM and woke up at 6:00 AM.
Total sleep: 7 hours 30 minutes.
Day Start Section
- [6:00 AM – 6:30 AM] Woke up and prayed Fajr by 6:30 AM.
- [6:30 AM – 8:00 AM] Had breakfast, completed small house tasks, and listened to a history series.
- [8:00 AM – 8:30 AM] Did some scrolling (needs improvement).
- [8:30 AM – 10:30 AM] Watched freelancing lectures and prepared detailed notes.
- [10:30 AM – 11:30 AM ]Went to attend a funeral prayer nearby.
- [11:30 AM – 1:00 PM] Continued learning and completed the freelancing course.
- [1:00 PM – 3:00 PM] Prayed Zuhr in congregation (1:15 PM), handled home tasks, stayed at home, and did around 30 minutes of scrolling.
- [3:00 PM – 5:00 PM] Learning time. Prayed Asr in congregation at 4:00 PM.
- [5:10 PM] Prayed Maghrib in the mosque.
- [5:30 PM – 6:30 PM ]Had dinner, handled a client issue, and gave time to a guest at home.
- [7:00 PM – 9:30 PM] Went out for tea with friends and returned home.
- [9:30 PM – 10:00 PM] Prayed Isha and attended a friend’s call.
- [10:00 PM – 11:00 PM] Mobile scrolling and then slept.
Most Important Tasks:
- Freelancing course completion
- Note preparation and sharing
- Client issue handling
Wins of the Day:
- Completed the freelancing course
- Prepared and posted notes in the community
- Prayed multiple prayers in congregation
- Helped and handled a client issue
- Maintained a balanced and productive day
Losses / Improvements Needed:
- Excessive scrolling (needs control)
- translation with quran.
Prayer Times:
- Fajr: Prayed (6:30 AM)
- Zuhr: Prayed in congregation (1:15 PM)
- Asr: Prayed in congregation (4:00 PM)
- Maghrib: Prayed in the mosque (5:10 PM)
- Isha: Prayed (9:30 PM)
- Tahajjud: Not prayed
Reflection:
Today was a strong and productive day. Sharing notes in the community felt meaningful after understanding that creating ease for others brings ease for oneself. InshaAllah, I will reduce scrolling and continue sharing value consistently.
