Day: Days 43–55
1- One thing I want to remember about today:
I went on a short trip to Swat with extended family. Allah made it possible to ride the kind of car I always dreamed of, even if it was through relatives. Allah was considerate.
2- What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up?
Sleep schedule was inconsistent during the trip. Missed Fajr most days and prayed Qaza.
3- What data will I look up after a month or year?
- Day 11 of gym (after a 12-day break): bodyweight 77.5 kg.
- Came back from vacation on April 30, 2026. Wasted May 1. Resumed gym on May 2 (Day 11 total).
- Workout (Day 11): 10 min cycling — 5 min normal + 5 min fast (30s fast / 30s rest) Push-ups: 2×7 Plank: 2×40 sec Alternate dumbbell bicep curls: 4×10, 30s rest, 4 kg Barbell (EZ-bar) bicep curls: 2×6, 30–45s rest, 4 kg

- Watch Kazim bhai's Class 02 of video editing from the Skool Community and practice alongside.
- Practice video editing.
- Stay consistent with gym and prayers.
6- What I don't want to do today:
- Relapse into old habits.
- Overthinking, procrastinating.
7- Diet + Gym + Boxing:
- Breakfast: (cheat week — ate all sorts of food in all quantities during the trip)
- Lunch: (varied, with extended family)
- Dinner: (varied, with extended family)
- Gym: 12-day break during vacation; resumed on May 2 (Day 11 of gym overall) — see workout above.
- Practice: Video editing — Kazim bhai's lectures + practice.
- Speaking: Worked on communication with marketing companies and society dealings.

8- Wins of the Day:
- Took a much-needed break and detox with family.
- Made a vlog to practice video editing skills.
- Closed a deal with one of the top marketing companies and learned communication.
- Improved at being kind to blue-collar workers.
- Resumed gym on May 2 after a 12-day break.
9- Mistakes / Learnings:
- Relapsed about 10 times; slipped into hopelessness and old habits on April 27 and 28.
- Was not present in prayers; missed Fajr most days and prayed Qaza.
- Felt spiritually vulnerable despite reciting duas and Manzil.
- Learning: Respect elders and their points of view, even those of "enemies."
10- Prayer Times:
- Fajr: Missed most days; prayed Qaza.
- Zohar/Jumma: prayed

- Tahajjud: Missed. inconsistent.
- Reflection: Was reciting duas and Manzil but still felt vulnerable. Need to be present in salah, not just go through the motions.

Emotions: Did I get angry? Or feel any negative emotion and did I react to it?
- Felt calm, semi-happy, sad, and regretful throughout the trip.
- Got triggered when criticized and when trying to prove myself right.
- Was logical in some moments, emotional in others.
