By following 8-8-8 Minutes Rule
FIRST 8 MINUTES : Close the day
- Woke up around 6
- Namaz 6.30 tak padhli
- Then kal jo function se aaya tha wahan pe fir se jana tha uske liye ready hua
- Wahan chale gye wahan cousins ke sath acha time guzarah fir jo bhi kaam the wahan ke usko nipta ke ghar aaye tak 12.30 hogye
- 12.30 to 3 Or 3.30 tak sogya
- Then namaz + launch then fir sogya
- Woke around 5 preyed asr then snacks
- Fir magrib, magrib baad exam ka padhne ke tha
- But low energy aur demotion ki wajah se nhi padha aur kuch bekar kaam karne laga
- Then frustrated hoke community pe post dali motivation ke liye ( even I also perfer discipline over motivation, but kitna bhi karun akhir insaan hu galtiyon ka pulta)
- And post pe itne ache response aaye Alhamdulillah. Aur mujhe itne ache responses ki expectations nhi thi
- Abhi mai ne wo pure comments padha nhi hai ان شاءالله kal padhunga (9 feb)
- Then raat ka khana khaya aur hogya
- Didn't did any deep work session today
SECOND 8 MINUTES : Plan for tomorrow
- Kal ان شاءالله jaldi uthunga 4.30 isha, Tahajjud aur fajr padhunga
- Then uske baad exam preparation
- Shaam me clg se aane ke baad wo post ke pure comments padhunga
- Then exam preparation
FINAL 8 MINUTES : prepare & visualize
5 minutes prepare (prepare for what you'll gonna wear tomorrow) :
- Green shirt & blue formal pant
3 minutes visualize (visualize what you'll gonna avoid tomorrow) :
- Gonna avoid procrastination
- And low energy behavior
