• Emotion beneath the mood: Calm, a bit anxious and slightly guilty
• One thing I want to remember about today: ( I want to remember this day as the day I started the Upwork Profile Optimization Course. )

  • Main activities: Watched 2 lectures (one from Upwork Profile Optimization Course and one from Upwork Outreach | Win Clients on Upwork), made notes and shared in community, took niece and nephew to doctor, spent time with family, reflected spiritually, created a new work Gmail account, handled small responsibilities.
  • One thing I showed up for (even small): I controlled my time better than usual and avoided wasting it unnecessarily.

What was looping in my mind today?
  • Money. Responsibilities. Marriage. The feeling of being behind in life. The pressure to speed things up. The need to prove something. The guilt of not being where I think I should be. At the same time, I felt like I’m moving, even if slowly. I don’t want to stay average.

• Something that became clearer: Profile optimization is not as hard as it seems. It’s structured, and if I follow it step by step, I can improve it properly.
