Aaj ka din mujhe yeh yaad dilata hai ke consistency hamesha perfect routine ka naam nahi hoti. Pichle 2โ3 din right bazu aur hath mein severe pain ki wajah se community mein journal post nahi kar saki, lekin Alhamdulillah aaj dobara apni routine aur journaling ki taraf wapas aayi.

- 3:00 AM: Tahajjud ada ki.
- 3:45 AM: Fajr ki namaz ada ki.
- 4:00 AM โ 4:35 AM: Qur'an ki recitation ki.
- After that: 15 minutes body stretching ki.
- Morning: Doodh aur slice ka nashta kiya.
- Till 5:30 AM: Apne kuch personal kaam kiye.
- 5:30 AM: Laptop on kiya, videos dekhin aur notes banaye.
- 7:00 AM: So gayi.
- 1:45 PM: Uthi aur shower liya.
- 2:00 PM: Zuhr ki namaz ada ki.
- 2:30 PM: Chai aur paratha khaya.
- Afternoon: Right bazu aur hath mein pain ki wajah se zyada kaam nahi kar saki, is liye kuch dair TV dekha aur rest kiya.
- 5:20 PM: Asr ki namaz ada ki aur evening azkar kiye.
- 6:00 PM: Order wali dress ki shirt ka design/drawing complete ki.
- 7:20 PM: Maghrib ki namaz ada ki.
- 7:30 PM โ 8:30 PM: Apne liye aur choti behn aur bhai ke liye fries banaye.
- After that: Dobara TV dekha aur rest kiya.

- After Isha: Raat ka khana khaya aur kuch dair TV dekha.
