Daily Journal , July 4
Today I woke up at 12:00 p.m. and spent about 30 minutes doomscrolling, which wasn't the best way to start my day. After that, I got up, had breakfast, cleaned my room, freshened up, and completed my daytime skincare routine. I watched a podcast on effective communication. Since I wasn't in the mood for stitching today, I attended my graphic design classes instead. After that, I had lunch and watched Sir Haroon's lectures. In the evening, I had tea and attended a masterclass by Shirish Bajpai on video editing. Although video editing isn't my field, I really enjoyed learning about color theory, font selection, and audience psychology. I believe these concepts will also help me improve my graphic design skills. Later, I had dinner. After dinner, I went for a walk in my lawn and spent some quality time with my siblings. We had a meaningful discussion about an important topic: life after marriage and choosing the right life partner. After that, I did a little more doomscrolling and spent more time with family. Finally, I watched more of Sir Haroon's lectures, made some notes, and now I'm writing this journal. Alhamdulillah for everything🩵

@Ayesha Ali Thank you for sharing your perspective I really appreciate your honesty. I just wanted to add that at one point I actually tracked my time in 15-minute blocks. When I did that, I noticed a big change in myself — I stopped wasting time and became much more intentional with how I used my day. Over time, I drifted away from that habit, but now I really want to start doing it again so I can use my time in a more productive and mindful way. Tracking time truly helped me build awareness. I’d also gently suggest trying this yourself — you can simply write down your activities on one page in 15-minute or even 30-minute blocks. The goal isn’t perfection, just awareness of where your time goes. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts

• Kal maine daily journal post kr ky or logon ke comments ka reply diya. • 3:54 AM par main offline ho gayi. Mujhe time is liye yaad hai kyun ke us waqt maine Sehar ko bataya tha ke main offline ho rahi hoon or namaz padhne ja rahi hoon. • Namaz or zikr ke baad maine pehle sone ka socha.. phir Socha ke pehle safai kar leti hoon..taake baad mein tension na ho. • 4:15 AM tak meri safai complete ho gayi. Us ke baad maine drama dekha or 5:30 AM tak so gayi. • 11:00 AM par meri aankh khuli. • Aaj Jamia ki chhutti thi kyun ke Monday se tests shuru ho rahe hain. Abhi tak maine test ki proper tayari nahi ki. • Nashta kiya or Zuhar ki namaz ada ki. • 2:30 PM par main apni friend ke ghar group study ke liye gayi. • Humne padhai kam ki..baatein zyada ki or TikTok videos bhi banaye. 😝 • Phir bhook lagi to bahar ja kar burger khaya. Us ke baad ghar aa gayi. Aaj ka din kaafi mazedaar tha or achha enjoy kiya.. lekin padhai kam hui. 😂 • Ghar aakar Asar ki namaz padhi. • Us ke baad family ke sath waqt guzara. • Maghrib ki namaz padhi. • Phir phone use kiya.. drama dekha or friends ki bheji hui reels dekhin. • Mama ne bataya ke Amna Apa aa rahi hain kyun ke kal sab meri sister ka rishta dekhne ja rahe hain. • Phir maine apna room saaf kiya. • Isha ki namaz padhi aur zikr kiya. • Us ke baad family ke sath time spend kiya. • Phir Sir Haroon Khalil ke lectures dekhy...notes banaye or post bhi ki. • Aaj jo kuch maine seekha.. us se mujhe ehsaas hua ke kuch habits mere andar bhi hain. In shaa Allah..main khud ko improve karne ki puri koshish karungi. • Sir Haroon Khalil ki baatein insaan ko bohot motivate karti hain. 🌸

Day 11: Daily Journal
Date: 5 July 2026 Day: Sunday One thing I want to remember about today: Enjoyed a relaxing Sunday, made delicious homemade Shawarma, and spent wonderful quality time chatting and laughing with my family. What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? Slept after 12:00 AM last night and woke up at 4:17 AM. Took a refreshing cold water shower after morning prayers, went back to sleep, and finally woke up at 8:30 AM. What data will I look up after a month or year? The specific updates and improvements made to my personal skills profile on Upwork today. Day Start Section Most Important 1-3 Tasks: Personal Upwork Profile Optimization: Carefully updated my personal skill-based Upwork profile in a focused session from 12:20 PM to 3:00 PM. Fitness Routine: Stayed dedicated to my health goals by completing my daily physical exercise session after waking up from my nap. Academic Progress: Completed all scheduled study goals for the day right after exercising. What I don't want to do today: Avoid burning out. Intentionally chose to skip other business/influencer tasks to prioritize rest and recovery since it was Sunday. Diet + Gym + Boxing: Breakfast: Had breakfast and drank tea after getting fresh at 8:30 AM. Lunch/Snack: Prepared and cooked homemade Shawarma to eat after my afternoon profile work and Zohar prayers. Dinner: Had dinner in the evening after a bit of mobile usage. Gym: Took a complete break from household chores today. Completed my physical exercise session in the late afternoon after Asr prayers. Practice: Refined and polished the copy, skills, and layout of my independent Upwork profile to improve client conversion. Speaking: Spent a delightful block of time deeply connecting, talking, and sharing stories with my family. Day Close Section Wins of the Day: True Sunday Mode: Successfully prioritized rest and family bonding without feeling guilty about pausing outreach tasks. Profile Upgrade: Completed a thorough, unhurried update of my personal freelancing profile.
