One thing I want to remember about today:
I dont have any specific thing which i remember.
What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up?
I slept at 6:30am and wake up at 2:45am
What data will I look up after a month or year?
My progress from PKR to USD income journey, speaking improvement, discipline, and consistency.
Reminders:

Lunch: chicken
Dinner: skip
Gym:Skip Went to gyn for 1.5 hour
Practice:I was doing proposal writing practice
Speaking:I cant do any practice today.
Wins of the Day:
I made 4 tasks list and 2 are successfully completed .(but 2 task is remaining which is taking insta session and eng practice).
Mistakes / Learnings:
During the learning use mobile.(Continiously i do this thing .i want to get advise how i get rid from mobile addiction.)
