Date: 30-6-2026 Day: Wednesday One thing I want to remember about today: I dont have any specific thing which i remember. What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? I slept at 1:30am and wake up at 5:00am What data will I look up after a month or year? My progress from PKR to USD income journey, speaking improvement, discipline, and consistency. Reminders: - No one can waste my time except me. - Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Don’t overwhelm; use the 2-minute rule. - The way you do anything is the way you do everything. - Conduct weekly/monthly reflections. - Don’t multitask; focus on one big thing each day. - Manifest the work you are about to do, using a diary. Wins of the Day: I made 4 tasks list and all are successfully completed . Today, I slept at 6:30 AM and woke up at 3:00 AM. Today is a sunday i was spent mostly time with my family and friends I offered all 4 daily prayers. However, some of them were offered at home, and I would like to improve on that as well. I also do some activities related to our 30 days challenge (Outreaching,profile optimization). And that’s the end of my day. Looking forward to doing better tomorrow.
