We got the Four of Swords today in our card pull. Rest. Recouperate. Recharge. The energy has been off the charts lately. So much to see and process. It’s draining, distracting. I know it’s Monday and you might have to work or take care of the family, but — if you can — maybe plan a quiet day/evening with minimal stress and “noise” from the world. Drink a Chamomile tea, draw a warm bath. Curl up on the sofa with a good book. Take care of yourself.
