Week 13: Goals - Share yours!
Ahoy champions,
We doubled the number of members here this past week, and that's a good omen for what's about to come. With the world falling to shit, it's time for men to get strong mentally and physically, hold each other accountable and become unfuckwithable.
I want to learn what you guys are working on! Big goals, small goals, where do you want to move the needle this week, where you would like accountability. Please start your own topic in the Accountability channel of the community. Take up space!
I know our first official member is starting a proper mission to get lean! We're celebrating that and will be cheering him on along the way!
As for myself... made a pact with to go 90 days all in on APEX and this community.
We will be posting about it on our channels DAILY and collect data on what moves the needle and what not.
APEX x LOCK IN goals for me this week:
  • daily posts / building in public
  • daily workouts / mobility / sauna / mindfulness
  • eat 8 eggs & 600gr meat per day
  • finish APEX section on my Claude Code x Obsidian
  • finish visual branding for APEX
  • record one more protocol (longevity) for premium members
  • finish 12 week course: READ THE ROOM
And that's not even my day job ⚔️.
