What's the best thing about living with someone else? Well, for me, the best thing about living with someone else is that I have someone I can share my feelings with. I was lucky enough to have a very kind and sympathetic roommate before. Whenever I felt frustrated, she could immediately notice it and ask me what was wrong. Then she would comfort me with her gentle voice, offer me support, and sometimes she even bought me some candies to cheer me up. Those small gestures meant a lot to me. One day, I came home after my night shift at around 9 a.m., and I smelled something strange before I even opened the door. When I went inside, I found that my roommate had left the stove on, and the spoon in the pot had actually melted. I couldn't imagine what would have happened if I had arrived home an hour later; there could have been a fire. I talked to her about it, but she just said she could buy me a new spoon and pot. To be honest, I couldn't put up with such irresponsible behavior, so I decided to move out two months later.
